Description
The Regional Health Contracting Office - Central (RHCO-C), Joint Base San Antonio, Fort Sam Houston, Texas intends to award a sole-source supply contract to incumbent to Sebia Inc. to provide electrophoresis equipment and reagents on a Cost Per Reportable Result (CPRR) arrangement. Requirement includes service equipment; reagent commitment-per reportable; calibrators; consumables and controls are necessary to ensure the continuity of operations of essential reportable patient testing results currently being performed at the Department of Pathology and Area Laboratory Services (DPALS), San Antonio Military Medical Center (SAMMC), Joint Base San Antonio - Fort Sam Houston, Texas. Vendors submitting capability statements must be able to demonstrate the ability to deliver, install, calibrate and validate entire system by 01 Oct 2016. The sole source Purchase Order will be issued as a three (3) month base, plus one (1) three month option period. Period of performance is 01 October 2016 through 31 March 2017. The NAICS code of this procurement is 325413, In-Vitro Diagnostic Substance Manufacturing and the size standard is 1,250 employees. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers. Interested respondents may submit a written capability statement that will demonstrate its ability to fully provide the required items.
