Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. i)Solicitation VA244-16-Q-1809 is issued as an (RFQ). The solicitation is attached to this notice. ii)This solicitation is set aside 100% for service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses. Associated NAICS and small business size standard: 333415/1,250 employees. iii)Contract line items can be found in the solicitation at B.4 Price/Cost Schedule. iv)Delivery information can be found at B.5 Delivery. v)The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition. vi)52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items is included in this solicitation. Evaluation shall be lowest price technically acceptable. This RFQ is set aside 100% to service-disabled veteran-owned small businesses (SDVOSB). Quoters must be verified in VIP. Unverified SDVOSB are nonresponsive and their quotes will not be evaluated. vii)52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items is included in this solicitation. viii)52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and a statement regarding any addenda to the clause. ix)52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition x)See attached solicitation for all contract terms and conditions. xi)Offers are due by Saturday, September 17 at 12:00PM Eastern.
