SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT: The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 4, 323 North Shore Drive, Suite 400, Pittsburgh, PA 15212, is conducting a market survey to identify potential sources to provide an MRI Field Study for the Corporeal Michael J. Crescenz Veteran Affairs Medical Center (VAMC). This announcement is issued for informational planning purposes only and is not a request for proposal or announcement of a solicitation. Submitting information for this announcement is voluntary and participants will not be compensated. The purpose of this market research is to identify capable sources of performing the measurement and mapping of magnetic field strengths inside and outside the MRI scanner imaging room. Very specialized equipment and expertise is needed to do these measurements. In addition to signage for the measured 5 and 200 Gauss magnetic field locations, the Gauss levels at different distances from the MRI scanner also have to be physically measured, located and identified in a survey/report. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541690 and the small business size standard is $15.0 million. Capabilities Statement and Documentation: Firms/Companies are invited to provide their capabilities, experience and knowledge in the provision of a MRI Field Study. Sources are asked to provide information to demonstrate their answers to the following items of information: 1.Company Name, Address, Website, POC, and POC Phone Number. 2.The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 541690 and the small business size standard is $15.0 million for this type of effort. Based on this information, please indicate whether your company would be a Large or Small Business, and provide the average amount of sales for the last three (3) years. 3.Provide a summary of your firm's ability to meet the services described in this announcement. In addition to a Capability Statement which provides the above, submissions can include specifications, brochures, and manuals as attachments.
