This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.The solicitation number is N00189-16-T-0634 and is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ), unless otherwise indicated herein.The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89-1. LI 002: Install government-provided ELMR Motorola XTL 5000 or APX-series mobile radios with dual control heads in the following vehicles/apparatus: Radio with dual (two) control heads (cab of apparatus in driver/officer area, and street-side pump panel or street-side compartment area) of Engine 82, a 1998 E-One pumper. *Please refer to the attached Performance Work Statement as it includes the task at hand and the required services to be performed., 1, LO; LI 003: Install government-provided ELMR Motorola XTL 5000 or APX-series mobile radios with dual control heads in the following vehicles/apparatus: Radio with dual (two) control heads (cab of apparatus in driver/officer area, and street-side pump panel or street-side compartment area) of Engine 83, a 2009 Pierce Contender 1250 gpm pumper. *Please refer to the attached Performance Work Statement as it includes the task at hand and the required services to be performed., 1, LO; LI 006: Install government-provided ELMR Motorola XTL 5000 or APX-series mobile radios with dual control heads in the following vehicles/apparatus: Radio with dual (two) control heads (front dashboard or center console area, and rear command area) of District 8, a 2012 Ford Explorer sport utility vehicle. *Please refer to the attached Performance Work Statement as it includes the task at hand and the required services to be performed., 1, LO; LI 008: Install government-provided ELMR Motorola XTL 5000 or APX-series mobile radios with dual control heads in the following vehicles/apparatus: Radio with single control head (cab of vehicle, dashboard or center console area) of Ambulance 81, a 2014 Ford F-450/Wheeled Coach Type I ambulance. *Please refer to the attached Performance Work Statement as it includes the task at hand and the required services to be performed., 1, LO; LI 009: Install government-provided ELMR Motorola XTL 5000 or APX-series mobile radios with dual control heads in the following vehicles/apparatus: Radio with single control head (cab of vehicle, dashboard or center console area) of Ambulance 82, a 2010 Ford F-450/Wheeled Coach Type I ambulance. *Please refer to the attached Performance Work Statement as it includes the task at hand and the required services to be performed., 1, LO; LI 010: Install government-provided ELMR Motorola XTL 5000 or APX-series mobile radios with dual control heads in the following vehicles/apparatus: Radio with single control head (cab of vehicle, dashboard or center console area) of Utility 81, a 2016 Dodge 2500 pickup.
