PURCHASE DESCRIPTION ALTA DUAL CHANNEL 1553/ARINC SOLICITATION FA8571-16-T-0034 This is a combined synopsis solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is being conducted under Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) as a Request for Quote (RFQ) no. FA8571-16-T-0034. This solicitation will be solicited under Other Than Full and Open Competition.
