Description

Description: The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division Lakehurst, NJ intends to release a Request for Quote (RFQ) to Rockwell Collins - ESA Vision Systems, LLC., Fort Worth, TX on a sole source basis for a quantity of one (1) each P/N 620900-02-01, Integrated Helmet Unit Test Set evaluation and repair as required in support of the Royal Australian Air Force (RAAF). The Government intends to procure the above service under the authority of 10 USC 3204 (c) (1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own the data necessary to repair the asset. All responsible sources are encouraged to submit a proposal in writing that may be used by the Government in determining whether or not to conduct a competitive procurement. A determination by the Government, not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government.
