Description
The purpose of this amendment is to answer questions from industry: Q1: Is there a current Avaya Support Advantage contract in place. If not, when did it expire? A1: No, this is no current Avaya Support Advantage contract in place. Q2: We need an Avaya QPR report. This report tells us all the information that the Avaya database has concerning this system. Number of users, hardware, software versions, etc. When we quote Support Advantage - it is a user based license so we need to have these details. A2: USERS: 9000 ports Software: R016x.00.1.510.1 Additional information can be obtained from AVAYA Q3: : If the QPR report is not readily available, we need to have the name, address, phone number, email address and sold to of the system. The process is that we send an electronic request to Avaya with the customer contact information and that person approves the release of the information to MABC.
