Description

Kosovo Medical Maintenance Solicitation The Theater Contracting Center (TCC), 409th Contracting Support Brigade (CSB) intends to solicit, negotiate and award a commercial, firm fixed price (FFP) contract for the semi-annual and emergency medical equipment maintenance (NAICS code is 811219). These services will provide support for complex biomedical equipment and medical systems at Camp Bondsteel Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) in Kosovo with a mission of providing role II+ medical support to U.S. and NATO forces within Kosovo. The equipment deployed in a role II+ MTF far exceeds the technical expertise of a skill level 10 Medical Equipment Repair Technician. Services under this contract provides for all labor, travel, tools, test equipment, repair parts, maintenance, repairs, safety checks, and calibrations of all equipment identified in the schedule (Specific Tasks of the Performance Work Statement are listed below). Maintenance and support of the equipment shall be in accordance with Joint Commission standards and uptime shall be 95% or greater. This action will be full and open competition with an anticipated period of performance for this requirement of a base period, 12 months from 25 September 2016 to 24 September 2017, and two option years.
