Description

MCIEAST-MCB Camp Lejeune, NC Contracting Department hereby gives notice of intent to negotiate a sole source delivery order against GSA schedule to Environmental Systems Research Institute, Inc. (esri), 380 New York Street, Redlands, CA under the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition in 10 U.S.C. Section 2304 (c)(1), as implemented by the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 8.405-6, Limiting Sources. This requirement is to provide MCIEAST G6 with the following ESRI service CLIN 0001 ESRI Enterprise Advantage Program Annual Fee P/N: EAP100 Qty: 1 A formal solicitation was not developed but the informal Request for Quote (M67001-16-T-1219) will be provided upon request. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTES. Interested firms may submit information that indicates their ability to satisfy this requirement. All responsible sources may submit a response which if timely received, will be considered by the agency. Responses must be received at the Contracting Office no later than 3:00 PM EDST, 14 September 2016, via email.
