Solicitation # SP4703-16-Q-0089 with PWS -Att 1 & Question and Answers - Att 2 are attached to this notice. The NAICS CODE is 541620. The Small Business Size Standard is $15M. Department of Labor Wage Determination is attached to this RFQ as Attachment # 3. Attachment 4 is the form for three Required References to be considered ofor awardl. The requirement is for a service for the DLA Installation Support at Richmond, located on the Defense Supply Center Richmond, who has established and is maintaining an ISO 14001 REGISTERED Environmental Management System (EMS) No other facilities fall under this scope. Approximately 250 employees fall under this scope that is including temporary, seasonal and part-time employees. An Environmental Management System provides us with the framework for managing all of our environmental responsibilities, so they become more efficient and integrated into our overall operations. It is a tool to assist the activities of the Center to not only maintain compliance with legislated and voluntary environmental requirements, but also continuously improve our overall environmental performance. This Environmental Management System IS REGISTERED to the environmental quality standards found within ISO 14001. The ISO 14001 series of international standard addresses environmental management systems, environmental auditing, environmental performance evaluation, and life cycle assessment. ISO 14001 provides an orgainzation with a systematic approach to environmenta management. NO OTHER SITE NO ADDITIONAL FACILITY NO OTHER ORGANIZATION, NOR OTHER LOCATION fall under the scope of OUR ISO 14001 REGISTRATION. This management system IS CURRENTLY REGISTERED to the International Standards for Organization (ISO) 14001 environmental management standard and COVERS THIS ONE SITE, DLA INSTALLATION SUPPORT AT RICHMOND, VA.
