- The National Cemetery Administration is executing a sources sought for the purposes of identifying qualified Service Disabled Veteran Small Business concerns to provide trash/debris roll-off service at NCA cemetery in Texas. The container provided will be a 40-cubic yard open-top roll-off. Service frequency defined by the federal government will be once per week hauling from the NCA cemetery to the waste landfill. The overall period of performance would be for a base and four follow-on option periods, not to exceed a total of five years. This sources sought is for research purposes only, and is not inactive of an actual requirement. A historical description of the requirement is as follows: The Contractor will perform trash/debris roll-off service at the designated cemetery. The container provided by the contractor will be a 40-cubic yard open-top roll-off. Service frequency defined by the federal government will be once per week hauling from the cemetery to the waste landfill. The pick-up/delivery service under this contract shall be furnished on an agreeable day of the week. If the day falls on a federal holiday, an alternate day shall be established with the designated COR. ? A minimum of three past performance references for relevant (scope and complexity) and recent (within the last three years) requirements.
