- The VHA's Network Contracting Office 20, intends to award a sole source contract to Beacon Point Associates, LLC, 1216 SW 4th Street, Suite 4, Cape Coral, FL 33991; to provide HD Camera heads and lenses for Urology. Currently, the Government recognizes a single manufacturer and one authorized SDVOSB able to provide this system. The contract will be firm-fixed price. This acquisition will be fulfilled under simplified acquisition procedures and other than full and open competition authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 16 September 2016. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposal nor a solicitation of offers. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered strictly for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
