Description of Services: PRESOLICITATION SYNOPSIS - LABORATORY SEND OUT TESTING SERVICES. The VHA NCO 09 - Murfreesboro, TN has a requirement for the Memphis VAMC, Pathology Service, located at 1030 Jefferson Avenue, Memphis, TN 38104. The Pathology Service has a requirement to have a vendor provide 'Laboratory send out testing' services at the Memphis VA Medical Center. This procurement will be a Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. The NAICS code is 541380 Testing Laboratories. The size standard is $15.0 million. The anticipated contract type will be a firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation will be posted to FedBizOpp websites on or about September 14, 2016. These dates are subject to change. All contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management database (www.SAM.gov) to be eligible for award of a contract.
