TO HAVE A BID CONSIDERED FOR AWARD FOR BRAND NAME OR EQUAL & MEET OR EXCEED BUYS, ALL VENDORS MUST PROVIDE MANUFACTURER, PART # AND EXTENDED SPECIFICATIONS OF THE EXACT MODEL BEING PROPOSED FOR ALL LINE ITEMS. NO EXCEPTIONS. FAILURE TO PROVIDE THIS INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN A 'NON RESPONSIVE' BID AND REMOVAL FROM AWARD CONSIDERATION. The Government intends to make award to the responsive offeror that provides the Best Value to the Government based on Technical Acceptability, Price, Delivery Timeframe and Past Performance. Award will be made to the offeror quoting fair and reasonable prices who meet ALL required technical specifications and who comply with ALL solicitation requirements.
