South: Chestnut Street between S Fourth Street and N Front Street. East: N Seventh Street between Forster Street and Chestnut Street. West: N Front Street between Chestnut Street and Forster Street. (See attached map) Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 12,940 Maximum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 14,234 Space Type: Office Parking Spaces (Total): 0 Full Term: 10 years Firm Term: 5 years Option Term: Not Applicable Additional Requirements: • The leased space must be contiguous on one floor. First floor, single floor, contiguous space is preferred. • Two elevators required if space is above ground level. One elevator can be a freight elevator. • Layout of Space: the space should allow for efficient layout and office workflow and support a secure interviewing configuration. Columns must have regular spacing of sufficient distance to support effective design. • Accessibility: The space needs to be visible or easily located from a primary or secondary street. If on high-traffic roadway or multi-lane thoroughfare, traffic signals must be within two (2) blocks to provide safe access to the space. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. A fully serviced lease is required.
