Question and Answer for Sources Sought Charlotte Hall, MD Lease Question: 1. Are you requiring each offeror to show bonding capacity of $20-$50M single project range or to over anticipated D/B cost of this specific CBOC in Charlotte Hall, MD? Answer: Yes, the requirement is to show bonding capacity ine $20 - $50 M single project range. 2. As regards "Evidence of ability to offer under NAICS code 531190 (Lessors of Real Estate Properties), what specific forms of evidence will you accept for this? Will our SAM reps and certs showing our 531190 NAICS code be adequate proof? Will the entire copy of Reps and Certs from SAM be required? Answer: Yes, SAM.gov report showing your "Rep and Certs" is sufficient. The entire copy of the Reps and Certs in SAM.gov is required. 3. Is the intent of VA to require firms to already have completed 3 similar relevant projects meeting ALL three requirements within the last 5 years? Answer: There is "or" stated between Federal leased facilities to provide the option. See below. "A summary describing at least three (3) projects of similar size and scope completed in the past five (5) years that demonstrate your company's experience designing, constructing, and managing Federal leased facilities or health care facilities relevant to the project described above. (3-page limit);" 4. Are you looking for the qualifications of the prime contractor or considering Subcontractors, or Teaming Arrangements? Answer: VA is looking for market information in general, but specifically looking for capabilities statements for prime contractors who are registered and certified in vetbiz.gov.
