Description

VETERANS AFFAIRS WANTS TO LEASE SPACE The Department of Veterans Affairs desires to lease sufficient rentable square footage to yield up to1,500 useable square feet in Rawlins, WY for use as an out-patient clinic. The space must be on no more than 1 floor of contiguous space and can be provided by completed new construction or modification of existing space. The space should not exist within a Flood Plain as identified on a DHS Flood Insurance Rate Map. A lease for up to 10 years will be considered. The VA is openly seeking to lease space from Veterans and Service Disabled Veterans with majority leasehold rights, but will lease from others as well. Space within or fronting the city limits of Rawlins WY will be considered. A market survey of properties offered for lease will be conducted by VA.
