- This is a Sources Sought Notice. This Sources Sought neither constitutes a Request for Proposal, nor does it restrict the Government to an ultimate acquisition approach. This Sources Sought should not be construed as a commitment by the Government for any purpose. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. This Sources Sought Notice is in support of a market survey being conducted by the St. Louis District, Corps of Engineers to identify interested 8(A) Contractors within the Regions IV, V, VI, and VII for the Scope of Work listed below. The market research is being used to identify the possibility of a Multiple Award IDIQ's contracts for PL 84-99 flood repairs. The following are general capabilities required to perform the Scope of Work according to USACE standards.The Contractor must be capable to perform the Scope of Work listed below. General Project Description: Work consists of earthwork operations for the construction of earthen levees, borrow site operations, and all necessary fill placements for compromised landside, riverside, or crown repair on the levee.. B.) Capability Statements: Note: Under capability statements below, in addition to listing general experience, specifically include a listing of any USACE projects on which you demonstrated the required capability, including levee projects. 1. Do you have experience doing lime stabilization slide repairs? 2. Do you have experience with scoping gravity drain? 3. Do you have experience with performing additional work to slip‐line gravity drain? 4. Do you have the capability to perform work in two or more areas at the same time? 5. Provide information demonstrating that your company maximum bonding capacity. C.)
