Description

The unrestricted, Other than Full and Open, solicitation will be issued under PR number 1000050870 to establish an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for: NSN: 1680-00-686-1880, Parts Kit Actuator utilized on the C-130 Aircraft Program, "Approved Sources, " PHT Aerospace LLC (CAGE 0KAA8) P/N 498275 and Aerocontrolex Group (CAGE 98889) P/N 880199". DLA Aviation Richmond does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. /Configuration Control/Export Control. Required delivery is 127 days ARO. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 252 each. There will be a one-year base with four one-year options, for a total of five years. FOB Destination and Inspection/Acceptance Origin for DLA Direct. Solicitation scheduled release date is tentatively Sept 29, 2016. Electronic (DIBBS) proposals/quotes are acceptable. Proposals are to be submitted to the Bid Custodian. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the BSM Internet Bid Board System (DIBBS) Homepage (https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil).
