Description

This Sources Sought/Market Survey Notice is being conducted by the John D. Dingell VA Medical Center, 4646 John R. Street, Detroit, MI 48201 to identify all sources that are capable of providing: all supervision, labor, clerical support, data management, data collection and dissemination, electronic/computer support, materials and services to provide and manage the entire Readiness Rounds process, to include an Electronic Tracer system, for the Department of Veterans Affairs, John D. Dingell Medical Center to include the following components: (a) Integrated Nursing Tracers (b) Health Record Review(c) Leadership (d) Hand Hygiene; tracer tools must be provided on a single platform, and are all structured to review and assess compliance with JCAHO Standards, OIG Requirements, VA Deputy Undersecretary of Health and Operations Management (DUSHOM), VHA SOARS and VISN requirements If this is a service your business can provide, respond to this Sources Sought by Tuesday, September 20, 2016: 12:00 P.M. (EST). Responses should include: (1) Business Name and Address (2) Point of Contact Name, Phone Number, and E-mail Address (3) DUNS and NAICS code (4) Business Size SMALL or LARGE (5) Type of Business SERVICE DISABLED VETERAN OWNED, VETERAN OWNED, 8A, HUBZone, WOMEN-OWNED etc. (6) Applicable GSA/FSS Contract Number (if applies).
