Description

ATLASSIAN Licenses and Support (OPEN TO ATLASSIAN DISTRIBUTORS/RESELLERS ONLY) Solicitation N00421-16-T-0610 is issued as a competitive procurement. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis, and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a competitive basis for ATLASSIAN SOFTWARE in accordance with the Statement of Work, under the authority implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) by FAR Part 12 and 13. This is a brand name 100 % match only! Substitute or similar product will not be accepted. Although not set-aside for Total Small Business, offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Any award resulting from this solicitation will be made to small business owners. ACCEPTING OFFER'S FROM AUTHORIZED DISTRIBUTORS/RESELLERS ONLY. A CONFIRMATION LETTER FROM ATLASSIAN MUST BE SUBMITTED WITH YOUR PROPOSAL. ***Basis for Award*** Interested parties must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) Database prior to submission of an offer to be considered for award of any Department of Defense contract.
