- Oscilloscope SGFP Form V5 RFQ N00253-16-T-0488 The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division, Keyport is soliciting for the repair and calibration of a mixed signal oscilloscope. The repair and calibration will be performed at a Navy METCAL-approved vendor's site. The Defense Priorities and Allocations System (DPAS) rating for this requirement is DO-S1. The procurement is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 811219 and has a size standard of $20.5 million. Offers shall be FOB Destination pricing to NUWC Keyport, WA 98345-7610. Requirements and evaluation procedures will be listed in the solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned prior to the solicitation closing date and time. All questions regarding this solicitation should be submitted in writing as soon as practicable after receipt of solicitation. Questions should be submitted via e-mail to: megan.alexander@navy.mil. No paper copies will be mailed. Failure to respond to this RFQ and associated amendments, if applicable, prior to the closing date and time established may render an offer non-responsive and result in rejection. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice.
