Description

The SAO-EAST (Service Area Office) East intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Cortech Solutions, 1409 Audubon Blvd, Wilmington, NC, 28403 to acquire equipment in support of ongoing VA Research studies. Cortech will provide the following pieces of equipment: NI-OC-SYM8 OctaMon 8 channel wireless NIRS System1 EA NI-PM-ACPS PortaSync remote event generator1 EA This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes. Any responsible sources who wish to identify their interest and capability to provide this or compatible must notify this Contracting Officer at Bridget.Kornish@va.gov NLT Monday, September 19, 2016 by Noon EST. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the interested parties' notification, the Contracting Officer will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with sole source negotiations.
