The United States Geological Survey (USGS) seeks to lease the following space: State: Oregon City (Delineated Area): City Limits of Corvallis Minimum Sq. Ft. (ABOA): 3,100 Maximum Sq. Ft. (RSF): 3,200 Space Type: Warehouse Space Total Parking Spaces (Reserved): None Full Term: 8 years Firm Term: 3 years The U.S. Government currently occupies warehouse space in a standalone building under lease in Albany, Oregon. The Government is considering alternative space closer by the field office and if economically advantageous. In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternative space that potentially can satisfy the Government's requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs, replication of tenant improvements, and non-productive agency downtime. The Government's decision whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement. Offered space must meet Government requirements for fire safety, accessibility, seismic and sustainability standards per the terms of the Lease. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN 5:00 PM (PST) on September 21, 2016 AND INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name and address 2) Location of space in the building specifying the ANSI/BOMA useable square feet offered. 3) Drawing of space offered. 4) Rentable Square Feet (RSF) offered and rental rate per square foot, specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included. 5) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to determine the Rentable Square Feet. 6) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. 9) Offered space must be on ground floor and contiguous. Submissions by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
