Description

The Service Area Office (SAO) East intends to negotiate on a sole source basis with Diagenode, Inc. 400 Morris Ave, Ste. 101, Denville, NJ, 07834-1362, to purchase a SX?8G IP?Star Compact Automated System for the Byne Research Laboratory at the Bronx VA Medical Center. The investigator will be utilizing the above named item to perform chromatin immunoprecipitation sequencing and RNA sequencing assays in human postmortem brain tissue. Any responsible sources who wish to identify their interest and capability to provide this equipment must notify this Contracting Specialist at millicent.covert@va.gov, NLT Monday, September 19, 2016 by noon EST. Telephone responses will not be accepted. Upon receipt of the interested parties' notification, the Contracting Specialist will determine whether to conduct a competitive procurement or proceed with sole source negotiations.
