- The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Community Treatment Services (CTS) Contracting Office; Washington, D.C. is seeking quotes from sources having the ability to provide community-based outpatient Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services in the Lubbock, Texas area. The location where services are to be provided should be accessible to local public transportation and should be within a 10 mile radius of 709 East 49th Street, Lubbock, Texas 79404. Performance periods under this contract will be for a one-year base period to begin on January 01, 2017 with four (4) one-year option renewal periods with service ending (if all options are renewed) on December 31, 2021. The Following services are required and may be sub-contracted to another licensed contractor. Base Year: Estimated Number of Substance Abuse Inmates = 40 Substance Abuse Treatment Services: Substance Use Intake (one per authorized inmate) for 40 inmates = 40 assessments Substance Use Assessment and Report (one per authorized inmate) for 40 inmates = 40 assessments Individual Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 48 units (per inmate) x 40 inmates = 1920 units Group Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 72 units (per inmate) x 40 inmates = 2880 units Family Counseling (30 minutes = 1 unit) 16 units (per inmate) x 10 inmates = 160 units Base Year: Estimated Number of Mental Health Work dated April 2016- No Master's Required. The request for quote will be available on or after October 03, 2016 and will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's Federal Business Opportunities web site http: //www.fedbizopps.gov. Hard copies of the request for quote will not be available. The site provides downloading instructions. All future information about this acquisition, including quotation amendments, will be distributed solely through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure that they have the most up-to-date information about this acquisition. The estimated closing date is on or about November 03, 2016. Faith-Based and Community -Based Organizations can submit offers/bids/quotations equally with other organizations for contracts for which they are eligible. This requirement is unrestricted. The Bureau anticipates awarding a firm-fixed price contract. All responsible business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered by this agency.
