- Description
- Mission and Installation Contracting Center, Fort Sam Houston, Texas, intends to award a sole source, Firm Fixed Price contract for EZ PASS Transponder. The contractor is to provide 760 transponders for tactical and non-tactical vehicles. The NAICS code is 334419. The SBA business size is 750 employees. The contract will be awarded to New York, City of, 2 Broadway BSMT B, New York, NY 1004-0000. Market research was contacted and it has been determined this is a sole source requirement IAW FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available. Interested parties may identify their interest and capabilities to response to the requirement or submit proposals. The notice of intent is not a request to this notice is solely within the discretion by the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any response(s) to this intent to award sole source letter should be received within 5 days of this posting. The anticipated delivery date is 30 September.
