Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format prescribed in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. All items below are brand name or equal. If quoting "or equal" items, please include all physical, functional and performance capabilities. This requirement is a 100% small business set-aside, NAICS 337215. Please provide a reasonable delivery date, cage code, and tax identification number with your quote. Also include shipping directly to Anchorage AK 99506. ***NOTE: Though the close date/time for this solicitation is 23 Sept 2016 at 4:00PM EST, questions may be submitted up until contract award. An award notice will be provided on FedBizOpps (FBO) and/or a bid tabulation through email. Please direct questions to the email provided: 176msg.msc-missionsupportcontracting@us.af.mil. 0001 - (30) EA- MFR: Penco; Heavy Duty Patriot Duty Lockers or equal Each locker must have the following salient characteristics: - Color: 15 Units: 055 Shamrock (or similar) 15 Units: 812 Hunter Green (or similar) - Dimensions: 48" Wide x 24"/33" Deep x 72"/90" High - Measurements should be as close as possible to the measurements provided due to space constrictions - Double doors - 15" Deep Helmet Shelf (approx.) - 15" Deep x 58" High Center Partition (approx.) - 24" Wide Heavy Duty Chrome Coat Rod on Left Hand Side of Center Partition (approx.) - Heavy Duty Armor/Parachute Rack on either side of Center Partition - 2-Heavy Gauge Half Shelves - 48" Wide x 33" Deep x 18" High Welded Drawer Base with 2-24" Wide x 33" Deep x 18" High Drawer Units (approx.) - 400 lbs. Capacity Per Drawer (approx.) - Hardwood Bench Top (or similar) - Number Plates - No Locks - Lockers must be provided factory assembled - Lockers will require attachment to the welded drawer base in the field Lockers will be used to hold flightline personnel professional gear (used during helicopter Alert launches and recovery missions - headsets, goggles, etc), deployment gear (A,B,C bags), and cold/adverse weather gear during daily flightline maintenance (hats, gloves, gortex jacket, gortex pants, parkas, etc.) and for immediate availability during search and rescue Alert launches. 0002 - (1) EA: Shipping via FOB Destination to JBER, AK 99506 New Equipment ONLY; NO remanufactured or "gray market" items. All items must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty. Shipping must be free on board (FOB) destination OCONUS (outside of the Continental U.S.), which means that the seller must deliver the goods on its conveyance at the destination specified by the buyer, and the seller is responsible for the cost of shipping and risk of loss prior to actual delivery at the specified destination. To be eligible for contract award, all contractors must be registered with the System for Award management (SAM) found at https://www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM/. Payments for the resulting contract will be made through Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF). Contractors can register for WAWF at https://wawf.eb.mil/. Firms that believe that they can provide similar required items must provide supporting evidence to the Contracting Officer. This announcement constitutes the only written notice. Basis for award will be the best value to the Government. In accordance with FAR 52.212-2, the Government will award a contract/purchase order resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following evaluation factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Technical (item specifications) and Price.
