Description

The Veterans Health Administration (VHA), Hampton VA Medical Center (HVAMC) located at 100 Emancipation Drive in Hampton, Virginia will be soliciting offers for Armored Car Services. The contractor shall provide armored car services for pick-up and delivery to Old Point National Bank, 1 W. Mellen Street, Hampton, Virginia 23663. A request for Quote (RFQ) VA246-16-Q-1603 will be issued on or about September 16, 2016. The Government intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with all terms, conditions, provisions, and specifications of the solicitation. The period of performance is October 1, 2016 (or date of award) through September 30, 2017 or the base period, with four (4) one (1) year renewal options that can be exercised by the Government. The solicitation will provide instructions to contractors about the offer submission process. In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) to be eligible for award; contractors may obtain SAM information at https://www.sam.gov. The applicable NAICS Code is 561613 Armored Car Services; Small Business Size Standards $20.5 million. The classification code is V127. The solicitation will be issued for full and open competition. All offerors are responsible for downloading all documents including amendments at the Federal Business Opportunities website without further notification from the Contracting Officer.
