Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs, Southeast Louisiana Veterans Health Care System, in New Orleans, LA intends to award a Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) a sole source commercial purchase order to L1 Enterprises, 340 West Patrick St., Frederick, MD 21701. The proposed action is for Scrub Dispensing Systems for the activation of a new medical center. The VA intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory authority of 38 U.S. 8127 (c) as implemented by VAAR 819.7007. This is not a request for competitive quotes and no solicitation will be issued; however if you have any questions, please contact the contract specialist listed below. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is solely with the discretion of the Government. In accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13, this notice document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-59, 15 Aug 2016. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 339999.
