- Draft Attachment 3 - Data Migration Plan Draft Attachment 2 - Functional and Technical Requirements Draft Attachment 1 Pricing Table DRAFT Solicitation The Peace Corps issues this Draft RFQ to solicit industry comments on the Draft RFQ and its associated attachments. This Draft RFQ is for planning purposes only and shall not be construed as an invitation for bid, request for proposal, request for quote, or as an obligation on the part of the Government to acquire any products or services. No entitlement to payment of direct or indirect costs or charges by the Government will arise as a result of contractor responses to this announcement. This request does not constitute a solicitation for quotes or the authority to enter into negotiations to award a contract. When/if the Government issues the final RFQ, interested contractors will be expected to thoroughly address the requirements thereof regardless of the circumstances surrounding this Draft RFQ. Please note, that all Industry responses and questions received for this Draft RFQ will be treated as public information and may be released on FEDBIZOPPS. Additional Information: The Government will consider all comments received on the Draft RFQ. The Government does not commit to providing a response to any comment or question. The subsequent revision to any specification or RFQ based on comments received remains solely at the Government's discretion. No comments, questions, or inquires shall be made to any Government person other than the point of contact identified in this synopsis. Any comments and/or questions regarding this pre-solicitation notice and draft documents must be submitted to Ms. Shanelle Jackson, Contract Specialist, at sjackson3@peacecorps.gov no later than 12:00PM ET on October 14, 2016. No telephone inquiries will be accepted and request for a hard copy of the draft solicitation package will not be honored. The final RFQ and related files listed under solicitation number PC-16-Q-118 will be issued electronically.
