- Amendment 3 - extension and additional clauses added Solicitation: W912ES-16-R-0004 Solicitation Amendment 3 - dated September 19, 2016 Amendment 3 extends the RFQ closing date to September 21, 2016, and adds some additional clauses. Class Code: 1925, Special Service Vessels. NAICS: 336612, Boat Building. Size standard: 1,000 employees. Subject: Single Beam Multi-transducer Survey Boat. Place of Delivery and Final Acceptance: USACE, Fountain City, WI. Description: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), St. Paul District has a requirement for one turn-key multi-transducer Hydrographic Surveying System complete with boat, trailer, Depth Sounder Sub-system, GPS Subsystem, Computer Sub-system, retractable hydraulic boom and Hydraulic Sub-system and such other equipment to provide a fully functional hydrographic survey vessel capable of surveying a 25 foot swath. The survey vessel will reside at the Fountain City Service Base in Fountain City, WI and will be used to conduct Project Condition Surveys, Pre and Post dredging surveys, and other miscellaneous surveys on the Upper Mississippi River, Minnesota River, and St. Croix River and other navigation projects within the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) St. Paul District. NAICS/Size Standard: 336612, boat building. Size Standard: 1,000 employees 100% set-aside for small business. No CD's or hard copies of the solicitation will be available.
