Description

RFQ Amendment 000004, NIHES2016086 Attachment I - PWS The purpose of this Amendment is to (1) Correct Section J of the Request for Quote (RFQ) as highlighted herein; (2) Revise Attachment I - the Performance Work Statement (PWS) at Section J of the RFQ (3) Provide a date for submission of additional RFQ questions; (4) Revise Section L. ARTICLE L.4. ADDENDUM TO FAR CLAUSE 52.212-1 INSTRUCTIONS TO OFFERORS--COMMERCIAL ITEMS; and (5) Extend the RFQ closing date. As such: 1. The title to Attachment V at Section J of the RFQ is hereby corrected; 2. Section 14.2 of Attachment I - the PWS is hereby revised; 3. Additional RFQ questions are due on Thursday, September 22, 2016 at 12:00 PM EDT; 4. Section L of the RFQ is hereby revised to allow for electronic-mail (e-mail) submission of quotes only; and 5. The RFQ closing date is hereby extended to Wednesday, October 5, 2016 at 10:00 AM EDT. All changed items are highlighted in "yellow" in the conformed copy of the RFQ.
