Description

1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial item prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; Solicitation number VA246-16-Q-0482 (See Attached Solicitation) is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-80 corrections. North American Classification Coded (NAICS) 325412, Pharmaceutical Preparation Manufacturing, is applicable. 2. This solicitation is set-aside 100% for small business. 3. The source selection procedures to be used will be lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) 4. The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Networking Contracting Office 17 (NCO-17),Audie L. Murphy VA Medical Center (VAMC) at San Antonio requires radiopharmaceuticals with specialized application for treatment to cancer patients in accordance with Public Law 104-262 and 38 USC 8153. 5. The Government anticipates award of a firm fixed price contract. The Government anticipates awarding one requirement contract with a period of performance from contract award to 9-30-2017, plus four (4) twelve (12) month options to extend. 6. Delivery destination is: Audie L. Murphy VAMC, 7400 Merton Minter Blvd, San Antonio, TX 78229. 7. Questions: any questions about this solicitation must be sent via email to Mr. Jon Parrocha, at jon.parrocha@va.gov no later than 12:00 PM EST September 23, 2016. 9. Quotes must be received no later than 3:00 PM EST September 29, 2016. 10. The successful company must mandatorily be registered in the SAM (System for Award Management) at web site: www.sam.gov.
