- chiller 1 EACH - AIR CHILLER, SKID MOUNTED, AIR COOLED WATER CHILLER, WITH COLLING LOOP, FOR CHILLING PURIFIED BREATHING AIR. Chilling Requirements: Cool 150 scfm, 100 psig, breathing air (highly purified air with a -40°F dew point) from 100°F to a leaving temperature of 60°F with a control range of 60-100°F. Equipment Requirements: 2 IN. NTP inlet and outlet connections. Secondary breathing air cooler loop with 316 stainless steel heat exchanger (airside). Secondary cooling loop medium for breathing air heat exchanger shall be chilled, distilled water. Stainless or non-ferrous wetted components; centrifugal pump for closed-loop cooling circuit. Ambient conditions: 40-105 Degree F. with exterior/ interior location compatibility. Input power requirements: 460/3/60 main electricals with 24v control circuit, NEMA Type 3X /4, or IP55 / IP67 rated for cabinets and electrical interconnections. Circuit breakers for each portion of system with fused disconnect; fused compressor Maximum dimensions: 60 IN. L x 47 IN. W x 60 IN. H; maximum weight: 1000 lbs. Metal skid mounted, forklift compatible & pre-assembled (with no assembly required of sub-components). Maximum system pressure drop at full flow rate: less than 5 psi. Reliability: Based on 10 year service life, 12 hr./day operation at 5 days/week: MTBF >5,000 hours. *** All components in contact with breathing air must be selected and assembled so that the operational system will meet or exceed the air quality standards established by OSHA Standard 29, CFR 1910,134, Grade D. *** GENERAL AIR PRODUCTS #GC330-4B OR EQUAL.
