Description

This is a combined Synopsis/Solicitation for Commercial services in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP); the number is VA118-16-R-1709. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Office of Acquisition Operations, Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 23 Christopher Way, Eatontown, NJ 07724 intends to award a Firm-Fixed-Priced (FFP) contract for Local Exchange Carrier (LEC) telecommunication services for telephone and fax services in order to support Memorial Benefits and daily operations at the Quantico Information Technology Center (QITC) and Culpeper Information Technology Center (CITC). The period of performance shall consist of a 12-month base period and four 12-month options. The Performance Work Statement set forth below and the Government's terms and conditions represent the Government's requirements that an Offeror must meet. The North American Industrial Classification (NAICS) for this effort is 517110. Type of Contract: Firm-Fixed-Price
