- This amendment is to correct the Title Information: changes the awardee name from Olympus America to Hologic Incorporation, description and redacted J&A remain the same. The Regional Health Contract Office – Central, Carl R. Darnall Army Medical Center, Fort Hood, TX, intends to award a sole source firm fixed price (FFP) contract to Hologics, Incorporation, 250 Campus Drive, Marlborough, MA 01752 Award will be made on 23September 2016. The NAICS code of this procurement is 334519 and the size standard is 500. This notice is neither a request for quotes nor a solicitation of offers; however, all responsible sources may submit a capability statement which shall be considered by this agency. The government shall not reimburse interested parties for submissions of capability statements in response to this notice. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested sources who submit data are responsible for appropriately marking information if it is proprietary in nature. No requests for capability briefings will be honored as a result of this notice and any information provided will not be used as part of any subsequent solicitation requirement.
