Description

This solicitation is for building walls inside of 2 prefabricated 1680 sqft buildings to be placed on the campus of the Grand Junction VA Medical Center. See the attached documents for detailed picture of what the walls should approximately look like. Temporary Rental Unit A needs walls built to ceiling height, a door, and clerestory at top for the following rooms: 100 sqft Supervisor office, 100 sq ft Peer review office, and 240 sqft Conference room. Temporary Rental Unit B needs walls built to ceiling height, a door, and clerestory at top for the following rooms: 100 sqft Supervisor office, 100 sq ft administrative officer office, 64 sqft dictation office, and 240 sqft Conference room. Interior furniture and work stations, including associated cubicle partitions, are not included in this requirement. The preferred wall system is DIRTT. A brand name or equal quote will be accepted for consideration for award. This solicitation is open from the time of issuance until COB 9/21/2016. Any quote that is received after the close of the solicitation will not be considered for award. Evaluation criteria that will be used is LPTA.
