Description

Draft J&A for planned establishment of a firm-fixed price contract with ForcePoint, LLC for the consecutive renewal of current ForcePoint SWM on existing ForcePoint SW licenses installed on agency networks. The Government intends to establish a new, firm-fixed price contract with ForcePoint, LLC for the consecutive renewal of current ForcePoint SWM on existing ForcePoint SW licenses that are installed on agency networks. Market research indicates that this is a sole-source situation and that such support is available only from the manufacturer, ForcePoint. This announcement seeks alternate sources for ForcePoint SWM. All responsible sources may submit a response which, if timely received, must be considered by the agency. The requirement is more fully described in the near-final draft version of the J&A, which is attached for review. Sadly, we are nearly out of time in FY16, so can only provide three (3) days for review or response.
