This is a Pre-solicitation notice. This Pre-solicitation notice is not a request for formal proposals or quotes. A formal solicitation will be issued on or about September 20, 2016. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Charles George VAMC, 1100 Tunnel Road, Asheville, NC, currently has the need for a PTSD Readjustment Counselor for the Counties of Hayward, Jackson, Macon, Swain and Transylvania, NC. Proposed solicitation number is VA246-16-Q-1613. This contract is expected to be a base plus two option years. This requirement is Unrestricted as I was unable to locate two VOSB's or SDVOSB's to set-aside. NAICS 621330, Size Standard: $11.0 Million.
