- Purchase description 1) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2) This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) No. FA8571-16-T-1000. 3) The applicable NAICS code is 511210. 4) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89, DFARS Change Notice 20160830, and AFAC 2016-0603. 5) The resulting award will be a purchase order with a one-year basic period and four annual options. Contract line item numbers (CLINs) items, quantities, and units of measure: CLIN 0001 - Basic Period Quantity: 1 Unit: Lot Annual software maintenance and technical support to maintain the current licensing structure for DDCI End User Software License Agreement. Period of performance: 1 October 2016 through 30 September 2017. CLIN 1001 - Annual Option I Quantity: 1 Unit: Lot Annual software maintenance and technical support to maintain the current licensing structure for DDCI End User Software License Agreement. Period of performance: 1 October 2017 through 30 September 2018. CLIN 2001 - Annual Option II Quantity: 1 Unit: Lot Annual software maintenance and technical support to maintain the current licensing structure for DDCI End User Software License Agreement. Period of performance: 1 October 2018 through 30 September 2019. CLIN 3001 - Annual Option III Quantity: 1 Unit: Lot Annual software maintenance and technical support to maintain the current licensing structure for DDCI End User Software License Agreement. Period of performance: 1 October 2019 through 30 September 2020. CLIN 4001 - Annual Option IV Quantity: 1 Unit: Lot Annual software maintenance and technical support to maintain the current licensing structure for DDCI End User Software License Agreement. Period of performance: 1 October 2020 through 30 September 2021. 6) Place of performance is Phoenix, AZ. In addition to price, quotations shall include CAGE code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number.
