Description

NOTICE OF INTENT The Department of Veterans Affairs, VISN 7, intends to award a sole-source contract to Fisher Safety. 3970 Johns Creek Court Suite 500, Suwanee GA, 30024 for the following Equipment and Service: 1.Provide Decon Skid Unit 28x12 System Installed at the Charlie Norwood VAMC Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals or a solicitation for offers. However, parties interested in responding to this notice shall submit technical data, including cost, sufficient to determine capability in providing the same service for the Decon Skid Unit System to Sebastian Anderson, Contract Specialist, at Sebastian.anderson@va.gov by September 21, 2016, no later than 16:30 pm EST. A determination by the Government not to compete based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. This acquisition is being conducted under simplified acquisition procedures. There are no set-aside restrictions for this requirement. The intended procurement will be classified under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 332311 with a Size Standard of 7.5 Million. This is for informational purposes only and not to be construed as a commitment by the government. Any information submitted to this notice of intent is voluntary.
