Description

The Network Contracting Office 17 intends to award a firm-fixed price contract in accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items for the purchase of C3CONFD CARTOr 3 System CONFIDENSET Mapping Module: This module provides rapid acquisition of mapping points based on physician standards. Included are the capability to continuously acquire MEM points, indicators of tissue proximity for MEM-enabled catheters, advanced electro gram annotation algorithms, and advanced map integrity algorithms. Qty. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is VA257-16-Q-1748. This acquisition is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-89, effective August 15, 2016. The associated North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this procurement is 334510 with a SDVOSB standard of 500 employees. This acquisition is solicited as a 100% set-aside for SDVOSB. "This procurement is for new Equipment ONLY; no remanufactured or "gray market" items. All Equipment must be covered by the manufacturer's warranty." Responses to the solicitation are due by 22 Sept 2016 12:00PM Central Time (CT) via e-mail: susan.flores2@va.gov.
