Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation W912NS-16-Q-3040 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-89. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502-2 (a). The NAICS code is 333517 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation; CLIN 0001 - Laser Etcher System •- Epilog Fusion dual source laser system, M2 32 dual source C02 75/Fiber 50 •- Epilog host design station PC package •- Epilog E-View camera system •- Epilog Air Assist Compressor •- Epilog Filter System •- Epilog Rotary Attachment (3 Jaw Chuck Style) •- Epilog Rotary Attachment (Standard Fusion Laser) •- Epilog Vector Grid (Fusion M2 32 Laser System) or approved equal. Please see attached document with minimum salient characteristics. Proposals will be evaluated on a lowest price technically acceptable basis. Delivery terms: FOB destination to St. joseph MO, 64503 All firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database @ www.sam.gov and shall be considered for award.
