- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W9127Q-14-T-0052 is issued as Request for Quotes in accordance with FAR Parts 12 & 13. The solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-74 effective 1 Jul 2014. This solicitation is 100% small business set aside and restricted to small businesses only in accordance with FAR 19.502-2(b). The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) 238210 and the Small Business Standard is $14.0. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which if received timely, will be considered by the USPFO-MS Purchasing and Contracting Office. Please read and comply with all requirements for submitting a quote. Failure to comply with all instructions contained within this combined synopsis/solicitation could result in the quote being ineligible for award. It is the Offeror's responsibility to ensure their quote meets all the requirements identified herein. It is the responsibility of the offerors to monitor this site for any modifications, updates and or changes. MS ARNG 154th RTI Camp Shelby, MS has a requirement for Audio Visual Equipment and Installation: 1). Audio Visual Equipment for 2 Classrooms,/1 EACH: See attached Statement of work for details. Include break down of product prices necessary to meet this requirement. Installation of Equipment-Labor Including all on-site installation and wiring, coordination and supervision, testing, checkout, Owner training, etc. performed on the Owner's premises. Also includes all fabrication, modification, assembly, rack wiring, programming, etc., some performed at AV contractor's premises. May include design drawings, run sheets, instruction manuals, programming, etc. if required. TECHNICAL-To this end, the Technical Proposal should be sufficiently specific, detailed and complete as to clearly and fully demonstrate that the offeror has a thorough understanding of the requirements set forth in this solicitation. 2). PAST PERFORMANCE: Contractor must include evidence of two (2) previous contracts performed in the last three (3) years of similar nature. Referrals may be contacted. Provide the following information for each contract: -Contract Number -Customer/Agency Name and Address -Point of Contact, including name, e-mail and telephone number -Brief description of contract -Contract value by performance period Include all applicable fees, including DELIVERY; Warranty information; and ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME. Prices quotes must be Firm-Fixed Price to include shipping and handling charges based on F.O.B. Destination. All offerors must include Fed Tax ID #, and DUNS Number. Award is based on past performance and price(LPTA) and when combined, are equal. All potential sources shall be registered in the SAMs, https://sam.gov/portal/publis/sam in order to be considered eligible for award. Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports DFAR 252.22-7003, apply to this requirement. In order for vendors to be paid, all vendors must now use an E-invoicing system called Wide Area Work Flow (WAWF).
