Description
Drawing RFP Solicitation The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers - New England District is a solicitation for a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) to provide an indefinite quantity of Construction Equipment Services to the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers project sites located throughout New Hampshire to include the following locations; Blackwater Dam Project Office in Webster, NH; Edward MacDowell Lake Project Office in Peterborough, NH; Everett Lake Project Office in Weare, NH; Franklin Falls Dam in Franklin, NH; Hopkinton Lake Project Office and Merrimack River Basin Office in Contoocook, NH. THE WORK CONSISTS OF: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment and materials necessary to execute the Construction Equipment Services for each BPA Call under the agreement. Services will be rendered to Corps of Engineers project sites throughout New Hampshire. The intent of this Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is to provide the government with a cost-effective rapid response way to support the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' projects. The period of performance of the resulting agreement will be a period of 12 months from the date of award. In addition, the Government may exercise two (2) optional years with the same scope of services. Each option year shall have a 12- month period of performance. The BPA Master Limit is $250,000; where no single BPA Call may not exceed $25,000 in total cost. The intent of this Blanket Purchase Agreement is to provide the government with a cost-effective way to support U.S. Army Corps of Engineers' projects throughout New England. This solicitation is available in a DRAFT award format (As such, the solicitation name is changed to W912WJ-16-A-0014). Note that this is a Request for Quotes using a draft award form which does not obligate funds or bind the government for an award. The solicitation is available for downloading by accessing the Federal Business Opportunities website (http://www.fbo.gov). In order to view this solicitation, prospective contractors are required to self-register their firm with Federal Business Opportunities (Go to http://www.fbo.gov and "register now" under Vendor/Citizens) by September 23rd. Amendments, if any, will be available at this Internet site. Registrants are responsible for the accuracy of the information on the registration list. This procurement is set-aside for small business vendors. The applicable NAICS code is 236220 with a Small Business Size Standard of $36.5M. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which will be considered by the New England District.
