- CANOPY PROJECT SOW COMBINED SYnopSIS U.S. Customs and Border Protection has a requirement for purchase of CANOPY WITH TRUSSES, NO SIDE WALLS AND BE ANCHORED TO CONCRETE. NO SLAB IS REQUIRED. HOWEVER, VENDOR WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE AND LAY CONCRETE AT POSTS/FOOTING SUFFICIENT TO ANCHOR SYSTEM (See attached SOW). The contractor is to perform the services in accordance with the attached SOW and in srict conformance with the contract clauses and special conained therein, The magntude of the work is estimated to be between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a combined synopsis prepared in accordance with FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. this announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation documentation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition FAC 2005-89. The government intends to award a firm-fixed-price contract. Interesed offerors must submit questions cncerning this RFQ to alicia.williams@cbp.dhs.gov by 21 SEP 2016. Delivery and acceptance of offers shall be made via electronic means only. The Contracting Officer is Ms.Denise L. Jenkins-Williams. For technical inquiries contact Deborah Landy @deborah.s.landy@cbp.dhs.gov. The government is conducting this acquisition using the simplified acquisition procedures in FAR Part 13 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation(FAR). EVALUATION The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforms to the solicitation and will be the most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. 1. Pricing: The award will go to the lowest price technically acceptable (LPTA) bid 2. Performance time plan: The offer will include a timeline/plan on how the offeror will complete the work withn the 3 month timeframe. 3. Past Performance and Relevant Experience of the Offeror. Provide coustomer's name, address, phone number(s);lead contract personnel ;contract number, dollar amount. Other requirement: 1. Bid must be good for 30 days after sumbittal of proposal. 2. Offeror must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) database. SAM website at https:www.sam.gov/portal/public/SAM. PROPOSAL IS DUE 23 SEPT 16, 4:00PM EST.
