Description

Lawrence Livermore National Security (LLNS) LLC is issuing a solicitation for the performance of Architectural Engineering Services and Construction Management Services support of DOE/NNSA' requirements for the Cooling and Heating Asset Management Program (CHAMP). The services consist of architectural-engineering, procurement and construction management services to execute replacement of heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning (HVAC) systems throughout the DOE/NNSA complex. Services are estimated at approximately $10M and $15M annually for a five-year program; however, LLNS neither implies nor guarantees a specific quantity or level of usage.
