Description

The Government contemplates the procurement of 4,000 gallons of BRAND NAME Pantheon PreKote Primer Surface Treatment, delivered by tanker truck. This will be full and open competition to all authorized dealers of the Pantheon PreKote product. Successful offerors must provide a completed solicitation package including the SF1449 (or equivalent), with completed Provisions and Clauses (or equivalent on-line representations in SAM), as well as the required hard-copy deviations, available ONLY in the solicitation package. Additionally, vendors must meet the evaluation criteria as described in Clause 52.212-2 on page 10 of the solicitation package. Please provide any questions or comments to the Contract Specialist by 2:00 PM Central Time on Thursday 22 September 2016 to allow adequate time to review and address in the final solicitation.
