Description

THIS IS A PRE-SOLICITATION NOTICE: John D. Dingell Veterans Affairs Medical Center (VAMC) Detroit MI, 48201 is soliciting and intends to award a firm fixed price contract for a comprehensive electronic data collection tool/platform to be used at the Medical Center; NAICS Code 541611, size standard $15.0 million. Contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, clerical support, data management, data collection and dissemination, electronic/computer support, materials and services to provide and manage the entire Readiness Rounds process, to include an Electronic Tracer system, for the Department of Veterans Affairs, John D. Dingell Medical Center to include the following components: (a) Integrated Nursing Tracers (b) Health Record Review(c) Leadership (d) Hand Hygiene; tracer tools must be provided on a single platform, and are all structured to review and assess compliance with JCAHO Standards, OIG Requirements, VA Deputy Undersecretary of Health and Operations Management (DUSHOM), VHA SOARS and VISN requirements. The applicable North American Classification Code (NAICS) is 541611. All potential bidders MUST be registered and active in the System for Award Management site (SAM) at https://www.sam.gov. Potential bidders should register at https://www.fedbizopps.gov in order to receive notification of and/or changes to the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued electronically and will be available only via the Federal Business Opportunities website https://www.fedbizopps.gov. This action is 100 percent (100%) set aside for small business. No fax packages shall be accepted. Bid packages will be available on the Federal Business Opportunities website on or about September 21, 2016. No phone, fax or email inquiries will be taken for this Pre-Solicitation Notice.
